Come Back to Yourself 1 Day Workshop
When your journal is full but your nervous system is fried...
A simple, experiential workshop for anyone tired of overthinking. Regulate your nervous system, speak to your inner child, and feel safe in your body again.
Pay what you want and save your spot :)
You aren't lazy, you're stuck because your body does not feel safe yet to take action.
My name is Alexis and I know what it feels like to read the books, fill the journals, listen to the podcasts, make the plans, and still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or frozen. It is not that you do not know what to do, it is that your nervous system is still in survival mode.
When your body does not feel safe, clarity, motivation, discipline, and confidence cannot land. This workshop is about changing that, gently.
When you learn to calm your body first, everything else gets easier
This workshop is not about forcing yourself to sit still.
It is about taking your power back from things like
-
anxiety that will not let up
-
overthinking every decision
-
people pleasing and shaky boundaries
-
perfectionism and all or nothing cycles
-
feeling like you keep starting over every week
Come Back To Yourself is designed to support you while you move through the stress, fear, and self doubt that keep you in a loop, so you can finally feel safe enough to take action again.
You know there is a version of you who feels grounded, why not give your body a chance to meet them?
I'm so ready for this
The Details :)
Gentle, body based regulation
We will use movement, shaking, dancing, swaying, and simple exercises to help your nervous system release tension and feel safer. This is for people who are tired of trying to sit still and meditate when their body wants to run.
Inner child support & self trust
I will walk you through a guided inner child conversation, so you can see and feel how to talk to yourself with more compassion. We will also practice simple self talk, boundaries, and self trust scripts that you can use when life gets loud.
Integration, so it actually sticks
You will leave with clear ways to keep using what you learned after the workshop. No more coming to a call, feeling good for an hour, then falling back into the same spiral. We will talk about how to make this a repeatable practice that fits into your real life.

Hear what others have said about working with Alexis
"I was surprised but how much I’ve been benefiting from just having a community space to express myself, be seen/heard/understood, and receive support in difficult moments. Having a group of likeminded people, and the information I need to find solutions for the roadblocks I hit along the way has really snuffed out the self doubt and loneliness.”
--CHRISTINE L.
“Until I found Alexis, I always thought it was a ‘me’ problem...when in reality, I was trying to fit my neurodivergent business brain into a neurotypical box. Alexis holds me accountable to the shifts I promise myself I'm going to make and she makes me feel really fucking good when I DO achieve my goals...She's a bad ass cheerleader, she's real, raw, authentic, and I'm really freaking glad I get to call her my coach.”
--ANNABELLE W.
“Around the time of our session, I was feeling overwhelmed. The thought of taking somebody through my ‘mess’ was daunting, but Alexis was approachable, nonjudgmental, and helpful.
She made me feel less ashamed and open to positive change.”
--LIZ D.
